This isn't a desk-based leadership role-it's hands-on, on-the-ground, and in-store. You'll be shoulder-to-shoulder with your teams, coaching, supporting, and even jumping in to complete repairs when needed. Leading from the front isn't just encouraged-it's expected. What you'll be doing:

n

n
- Coaching Store Leaders / Muli-Site Managers to own their results, lead their people, and grow their stores
n
- Embedding strong team rhythms and holding others accountable through consistent in-store presence
n
- Lifting team performance through Success Development Plans (SDPs) and goal clarity
n




- Ensure all stores deliver consistent customer experiences aligned with company standards.
n
- Activating Local Area Marketing (LAM) to connect with communities and drive foot traffic
n
- Upholding compliance, visual standards, and operational excellence across all sites
n
- Champion our culture and values every day.

What makes you a great fit:

Multi-site retail leadership experience (minimum 3-5 stores, telco, tech or services retail preferred)

n

Passionate about people—you lead with purpose, heart and integrity

Comfortable with data, decision-making, and financial accountability

Our Recruitment Process:

If you meet our criteria, we'll schedule an initial zoom screening with the HR Team to discuss the role and ensure alignment with expectations.

Following a successful zoom interview, we'll invite you for a follow up zoom call with the National Sales Manager & Managing Director.

A quick heads-up: This retail role includes some physical work on the floor - like lifting stock or moving displays (up to 25kg). You might be asked to complete a quick fitness check during the hiring process.
