Senior ICT Program Manager | Major Healthcare Transformation Program

Our client is undertaking a significant technology and business transformation program and is seeking an experienced Senior ICT Program Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex enterprise initiatives within a large and dynamic workplace.

n

This is a leadership role responsible for driving program outcomes, managing executive stakeholder relationships, overseeing multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring the delivery of strategic business and technology objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the delivery of large-scale ICT and digital transformation programs.
n
- Establish and maintain effective governance, reporting, risk, and assurance frameworks.
n
- Build and manage relationships with senior executives, business leaders, vendors, and project stakeholders.
n
- Drive business change outcomes and ensure successful adoption across impacted areas.
n
- Provide leadership, guidance,



and mentoring to multidisciplinary project teams.
n
- Manage program budgets, schedules, dependencies, risks, and benefits realisation activities.
n
- Promote and apply best-practice project and program management methodologies.
n

About You To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

n

n
- Extensive experience delivering complex ICT or digital transformation programs within large organisations.
n
- Strong stakeholder engagement and executive influencing capabilities.
n
- Proven ability to lead large multidisciplinary teams through significant change initiatives.
n
- Expertise in project and program management methodologies including PRINCE2, MSP, PMBOK, Agile or similar frameworks.
n
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, facilitation, and problem‐solving skills.
n
- Experience within healthcare, digital health, government, or similarly complex environments will be highly regarded.
