About you- your Responsibilities, Skills, and Experience

- You knowhow to make a great first impression.
- You have aminimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role or front of house position withina premium - 5-star hotel / A grade commercial building.
- You haveexperience in reception & concierge services, admin & mailboxmanagement.
- You areproficient in the use of Microsoft office products.
- You havestrong experience in visitor management & creating an authentic arrival experience.
- You haveprevious experience with a room booking management system.
- You haveprevious experience in security controls, lift & parking management.
- You willmanage your time efficiently and be able to prioritise competing demands.
- You are anexcellent communicator and can relate effectively with clients and the wider team whenunder pressure.




- You arewilling to take direction and open to learning new skills.
- You aremotivated to promote and engage clients around event & site activities.
