The Role

- Preparing and presenting high-quality dishes in a rapid-paced environment
- Supporting daily kitchen operations across a variety of outlets and events
- Maintaining exceptional food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards
- Ensuring consistency, quality, and attention to detail in all food production
- Collaborating with diverse culinary teams to deliver outstanding guest experiences
- Contributing to a positive team culture and operational excellence across multiple venues

What you’ll bring

- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent (essential)
- Previous experience as a Chef in a commercial kitchen environment
- Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP requirements
- Ability to adapt quickly and work across different kitchen environments
- A positive attitude and solid teamwork skills
- A passion for delivering quality food and exceptional guest experiences
