MITS Alloy, a subsidiary of the ARB Group, is a leading Australian manufacturer specialising in premium aluminium trays and canopies. From our facility in Mayfield, NSW, we supply high-quality, durable products to both national and international markets.

We're looking for a proactive and organised Supply Chain Coordinator to support the efficient flow of materials, inventory, and finished goods across our operations.

The Role:

You will support and coordinate end-to-end supply chain activities, including procurement, inventory management, logistics coordination, and supplier engagement.

Working closely with our Planning, Operations, Production, and Procurement teams, you will play a key role in ensuring stock availability, maintaining accurate system data, and supporting the efficient movement of goods throughout the business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate inbound and outbound freight, deliveries, and logistics activities
- Monitor inventory levels and support replenishment planning
- Maintain accurate supply chain and inventory records
- Assist with purchase orders, supplier communications, and delivery schedules
- Resolve supply, inventory, and delivery discrepancies
- Prepare reports and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Work closely with suppliers,



freight providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure operational efficiency.

- Strong product availability and inventory accuracy
- Reliable supplier and freight performance
- Accurate supply chain data and reporting
- Proactive identification and resolution of supply issues
- Ongoing improvements to processes and efficiency.

About You:

- Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, Inventory Management, or a similar role
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Excel
- Manufacturing experience and relevant qualifications are advantageous but not essential.
