We are looking for reliable and hardworking Kitchen Hands to join our kitchen team at Terrace on the Domain.

Working as part of a busy hospitality operation, you will support our chefs and wider kitchen team to maintain a clean, organised and efficient working environment.

About the Role

Your responsibilities will include:

- Washing dishes, cookware, utensils and kitchen equipment
- Maintaining cleanliness of kitchen, storage and back-of-house areas
- Cleaning floors, benches, cool rooms and equipment
- Assisting chefs with basic food preparation when required

- Receiving, storing and moving kitchen supplies
- Removing rubbish and maintaining waste areas
- Following food safety, hygiene and WHS procedures
- Supporting the kitchen team during busy service periods

About You

We are looking for someone who:

- Is reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Works well as part of a team




- Can work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
- Has a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Understands the importance of cleanliness and food safety
- Is comfortable with the physical requirements of kitchen work
- Is available across a versatile roster, including weekends and public holidays where required

Previous kitchen hand or hospitality experience is an advantage, but a strong work ethic and the right attitude are equally important.
