Marketing Coordinator | $42ph + Super | Rhodes | Immediate Start

MAYDAY Recruitment is excited to be partnering with Australia's largest funeral service provider to recruit a Marketing Coordinator on a 2-month temporary assignment, with the potential for extension.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an early-career marketing professional looking to build their experience across a wide range of marketing activities. Working closely with an experienced Marketing Manager, you'll be exposed to campaign coordination, content creation, social media, stakeholder engagement, events, community initiatives, and brand marketing.

What You'll Be Doing

- Supporting the Marketing Manager across a variety of campaigns and projects
- Assisting with digital and traditional marketing campaigns
- Coordinating content, social media and marketing collateral




- Liaising with stakeholders across multiple locations and teams
- Working with designers, suppliers and external agencies
- Supporting events, sponsorships and community engagement initiatives
- Managing campaign administration, reporting, purchase orders and invoices
- Maintaining marketing assets and brand materials

About You

- Around 2 years' experience in a Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Assistant, or similar role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
- Exposure to social media, content creation, campaigns, or general marketing activities
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable working within a rapid-paced and collaborative environment

Nice to Have

- Experience using Canva
- Exposure to project management or marketing platforms
- Experience supporting events, sponsorships, or community initiatives
