Key Responsibilities
- Assist in kitchen operations as directed by the Executive Chef
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area
- Perform cleaning duties and uphold hygiene standards
- Minimise waste and follow standard operating procedures
- Attend training sessions and contribute to a learning-focused kitchen culture
- Support team harmony and uphold grooming and presentation standards
- Comply with hotel policies and OH&S; guidelines
- Respond promptly to guest needs and perform other duties as required
