Smile Solutions,"Melbourne's Home of Dentistry"™, is located in the magnificent Manchester Unity Building in the heart of Melbourne's CBD. We occupy four entire levels, plus the tower, all of which are of great significance within the art deco movement and Australia's national architectural heritage.

We are a multidisciplinary practice, home to 60 practitioners, 20 of which are board registered specialists in the fields of oral surgery, endodontics, orthodontics, periodontics and prosthodontics.

Our nursing department is made up of senior and junior dental nurses who are all committed to the day to day running of our practice.

About the Role

An exciting opportunity is availableto join our successful dental practice, Smile Solutions, as a general Dental Assistant on a full time basis. This role is located at our beautiful practice across four levels and the tower of the Manchester Unity Building.

Responsibilities:

- Chair side assisting for a wide range of treatment supporting Oral Health Therapists, General Dentists and Board Registered Specialists.
- Maintaining infection control standards.
- Sterilisation procedures and room changeovers.

Desired Skills and Experience

Skills and Qualifications

- Prior Dental Assisting experience is essential
- Certificate III/IV in Dental Assisting (or commitment to completing)
- Knowledge of CareStack preferred butnot essential
- A highlevel of initiative and motivation
- A drive to learn and flourish
- The ability to integrate into a large practice

We are seeking adental assistant who isreadyto learn.This position offers a wide varietyof clinical experience along with a strong support team and structured training and mentoring.

Remuneration is negotiable and is based on experience within the industry.
