Based in our Brisbane Support Centre, this is an prospect to combine hands-on technicalexpertisewith strategic leadership while helping build internal capability and drive innovation.

What You'll Be Doing

As our D365 Technical Architect,you'lltake ownership of the architecture,designand governance of our business-critical Dynamics 365 F&O; environment. Working closely with technology and business stakeholders,you'lldesign scalable solutions,establishtechnicalstandardsand ensure the platform continues to evolve to meet business needs.You'lllead architecture across finance, supply chain,retailand integration domains while driving platform modernisation,automationand continuous improvement initiatives.

You'llalso play an important leadership role, mentoring others, strengthening internal capability, supporting best practice developmentstandardsand acting as the senior escalation point for complex technical challenges. This role will see you working across Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines,integrationsand emerging AI capabilities to enhance both user experience and platform performance, while collaborating with and influencing business stakeholders, colleagues across IT and external vendors.



Whileyou'lloperateat a senior architectural level, this is very much a hands-on role -you'llbe expected to actively contribute to triage, development, testing,buildand deployment activities alongside the wider team.

What We're Looking For

We'reseeking a collaborative and strategic technical leader with deep experience in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and enterprise-scale solution architecture.You'llbring strongexpertisein D365 F&O; development,integrationsand Azure technologies, along with a passion for mentoring others and building high-performing engineering teams.

You'llideallypossess:

- Extensive experience in D365 F&O; architecture and technical leadership.
- Strong knowledge of X++, Azure Integration Services,APIsand CI/CD.
- Experience designing enterprise-scale ERP solutions and integrations.
- Exposure to AI solutions, automationframeworksand platform modernisation.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications and a tertiary qualification in IT or a related field.
