$90,000 - $125,000 per year + super + bonus

$90,000 to $125,000 plus 12% super plus bonus. This is a deliberate step toward being a Client Manager here, and we will tell you exactly what that path looks like at offer. Two days from home. 2pm Fridays. 100 metres from the sand.

Why this job is different to the twelve you are scrolling past

We got sick of waiting for the software industry to build what we needed, so we built it. You would work with an in-house tax planning engine, a CGT advisory tool, a structure charting tool, a CFO cockpit and an AI bookkeeping agent that do not exist anywhere else. The grind that fills a senior's week at most firms is largely handled here, which is the whole reason we can put you in front of clients this early.

Who you would work with

n

Growth businesses only. Owners scaling, restructuring or preparing to sell, who want strategy and act on it. No passive compliance clients and no shoeboxes. It is a harder book and a much more compelling one, which is the point if you want to be a manager in two years.

The role, and where it leads

n

Prepare the work end to end: financials, tax returns and BAS across companies, trusts and partnerships

n

Prepare the advisory work: cash flow projections, tax planning, structuring reviews, margin analysis

n

Learn the front end. You will sit in strategy meetings from month one, watch how the advice is actually delivered, then start presenting parts of it yourself.

n

Build real client rapport. Being the person a business owner is comfortable ringing is the skill that separates a senior accountant from a manager, and it is taught here rather than assumed.

Mentor an accountant below you and review their work properly, teaching the why not just the what

3+ years in Australian public practice

n

Financials,



returns and BAS end to end without a manager holding your hand

n

Div 7A, GST, CGT and trust distributions, and you can explain all four to a tradie without jargon

n

You want to be client-facing. This role is built for someone who does.

CA or CPA qualified or underway. Full Australian working rights.

The package

$90,000 to $125,000 base plus 12% super, set on experience not on how hard you negotiate

n

Bonus structure on top

Study support, and regular catch-ups on where you are and what is next rather than one review a year

Two days from home, monthly RDO option

2pm Fridays. Same 38 hours, front-loaded, so the weekend starts Friday lunchtime.
