Senior Property Manager - Premium Portfolio (Central Gold Coast location)

We’ve partnered with a highly regarded, high-end Property Management agencies known for managing premium portfolios and maintaining an outstanding team culture. With exceptionally low staff turnover and a reputation for doing things properly, opportunities here don’t come up often.

They are looking for an experienced Property Manager to take over a well-maintained portfolio of just 110-140 properties.

What sets this role apart:

Salary $85,000 - $95,000 (DOE) + Super + Commissions

Monday to Friday, enjoy your weekends

Manage your portfolio with confidence (Support with Leasing and Inspections)

Ensure full compliance with current QLD legislation

What we’re looking for:

Minimum 1-3 years’ Property Management experience

Current QLD Certificate of Registration

Robust communication and time management skills

A proactive, solutions-focused mindset

Valid driver’s licence
