- Provide essential and practical in-home care to older people to help them live independently
- Provide personal care, including assistance with showering and dressing
- Help around clients’ homes with meal preparation and light house cleaning
- Provide transportation to appointments and assist with shopping
- Assist with medication
- Travel to clients’ homes and between suburbs across the North Shore and Northern Sydney Region
- Directly improve clients’ quality of life

Requirements

- Female applicants only, as being female is recognised as a genuine occupational qualification for this role
- Ability to travel to and between clients’ homes in the North Shore/Northern Sydney area using your own car
- Valid Driver’s License
- Own insured, reliable car with minimum Third Party Property Insurance
- Adaptable around meeting the changing needs of home care clients
- Compassionate, patient, reliable, solutions-focused, and able to relate to people
- Previous experience in aged or community care may be advantageous, but no experience is necessary




- All shortlisted applicants must consent to a criminal record check and reference checks
- All shortlisted applicants must attend a pre-employment functional assessment
