About the Role

As HVAC Account Manager, you will:

- Lead and support a team of Service Managers, Team Leaders, Schedulers, Administrators and Technicians
- Manage key customer relationships and act as the primary escalation point for operational matters
- Ensure services are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with contractual, legislative and compliance requirements
- Drive service performance, customer satisfaction and operational excellence
- Identify opportunities for service improvement, minor works and business growth
- Analyse operational performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Foster a positive team culture focused on accountability, development and customer outcomes
- Partner closely with Facilities Management clients to deliver long-term value and trusted service

You are a strong leader who can build trust with customers while motivating teams to perform.

You understand the importance of responsiveness, communication and service excellence, and you take ownership of outcomes.

You are equally comfortable discussing technical HVAC issues, reviewing operational reports, and engaging with senior client stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

- 5+ years' experience leading service, operations, facilities management or technical service teams




- Proven experience managing large-scale service contracts and customer portfolios
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams and drive accountability
- Experience managing operational KPIs, reporting and service delivery outcomes
- Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving capability
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills

Technical Experience (Highly Regarded)

- HVAC service industry experience
- Experience working with Facilities Management clients
- Proven Technical and Management Experience of:
- HVAC systems
- Central Plant
- Building Management Systems (BMS)
- Direct Digital Controls (DDC)
- Fire & Essential Services (AFSS/FFFT)
- Minor Works delivery

Other Requirements

- Current Driver Licence
- National Police CheckNor might forgot or missing
- Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
