Epiroc Australia is looking for enthusiastic and organisedWarehouse Operative based in our Mackay Warehouse, working Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm. You will need to have the drive to learn and develop in the role and the ability to meet dispatch deadlines in an ever-changing environment. You must also be available for on call roster.

Responsibilities

- The development of strong customer relationships
- Local inventory maintenance, including stocktake
- Participation in the on-call support roster for emergency customer support
- Stock quality monitoring
- Goods receipt/dispatch
- General administration as required

Key requirements of the role

- Minimum 12 months experience in a similar role
- Must possess a valid driver's license and forklift ticket
- Strong computer literacy with attention to detail




- Exceptional customer service
- Experience in a fast-paced setting
- The ability to organise, manage workflow and multi-task
- Be adaptable to ensure our clients' needs are met

The successful candidate must be a strong team player with excellent relationship-building skills. A positive attitude and commitment to all areas of service operations are essential to the job.
