We are looking for enthusiastic and friendly volunteers to join our café team! As a Volunteer Café Assistant, you will play an important role in creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for our customers while helping the café run smoothly in a busy environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing excellent customer service with a positive and friendly attitude
- Serving customers at the till and assisting with orders
- Preparing tea and coffee, including operating a coffee machine (training provided)
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and well-presented café space
- Clearing tables, washing up, and keeping service areas tidy
What We’re Looking For
- A willingness to work in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- A helpful, reliable,
and team‑oriented approach
- An interest in learning café skills and hospitality experience
No previous experience is required—just a positive attitude and a willingness to help. This is a great chance to gain hands‑on experience, develop customer service skills, and be part of a friendly, supportive team.
