We're seeking reliable Pickers / Process Workers to join their growing operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with warehouse, process work, or production experience who enjoy hands‑on work in a fast‑paced environment and are looking for ongoing casual employment with weekly rosters.
Role Overview
- Monday to Friday roster per week
- Hours are 6.15am to 2.15pm
- Ongoing casual work, although full-time hours are not guaranteed
- Weekly rosters issued based on production requirements.
- Supportive team environment with on-the-job training.
Duties
Working as part of the processing team, your duties may include:
- Picking and preparing products for dispatch.
- Conducting quality checks.
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area.
- Following workplace health and safety procedures.
PPE & Site Requirements
- No makeup.
- No false eyelashes.
- All existing grooming requirements remain in place.
- High-visibility clothing is required.
- Steel cap boots are not required - enclosed joggers are acceptable.
