Delaware North Australia is hiring casual Commis Chef's to join our fast‑paced team at Adelaide Airport. As a Commis Chef, you will work alongside experienced senior chefs, help prepare high‑quality dishes in a high-volume kitchen, and follow set recipes, presentation standards and food safety guidelines. What you will do?

- Prepare a variety of dishes in a high-volume production setting
- Follow recipes for menu preparation, ensuring adherence to cooking guidelines and standards
- Execute food preparation tasks with a focus on presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area
- Conduct temperature and quality checks,



manage cross-contamination to ensure WHS compliance

More about you

- Previous experience as a Commis Chef
- Minimum Level 3 Certificate in Commercial Cookery
- Solid background in kitchen operations
- A passion for food and creative flair
- Demonstrated track record meeting financial targets for food and labor costs
- Ability to work a 7-day rotating roster
