The Role

As a Bar Attendant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional beverage service in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will prepare and serve drinks, engage with guests, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere while maintaining Epicurean's high standards of service and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Deliver friendly, professional, and efficient guest service
- Process beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the bar area
- Replenish stock and assist with inventory management
- Ensure compliance with responsible service of alcohol and venue procedures
- Work collaboratively with the wider Food & Beverage team to deliver exceptional guest experiences

About You

- Previous bar, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred




- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
- Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a high-volume environment
- Reliable, well-presented, and a positive team player
- Flexible availability across evenings, weekends, and public holidays
