Job Description

- Running a busy bar during lunch trade, after-work rush, DJ nights and sporting events
- Keeping the bar clean, stocked, and guest-ready at all times
- Delivering warm, engaging service to regulars and first-timers alike
- Working closely with the floor team to keep service moving

About the Candidate

- Previous bartending experience in a busy pub or bar setting
- Current NSW RSA
- Confidence behind a cocktail station and on the tap
- A genuine love of hospitality and good energy on the bar
- Availability Monday to Saturday
