We are looking for enthusiastic and friendly volunteers to join our café team!
As a Volunteer Café Assistant, you will play an important role in creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for our customers while helping the café run smoothly in a busy environment.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing excellent customer service with a positive and friendly attitude
* Serving customers at the till and assisting with orders
* Preparing tea and coffee, including operating a coffee machine (training provided)
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and well-presented café space
* Clearing tables, washing up, and keeping service areas tidy
What we’re looking for:
* A willingness to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* A helpful, reliable, and team-oriented approach
* An interest in learning café skills and hospitality experience
No previous experience is required—just a positive attitude and a willingness to help.
