The Opportunity BlueScope Building Components has multiple opportunities for Team Members to join our production team based in Novar Gardens. BlueScope Building Components, a division of BlueScope in Australia, manufactures and markets steel building products, solutions and services through our leading brands: Lysaght, Fielders and Ranbuild. No previous operations or manufacturing experience? No problem - we provide comprehensive on-the-job training and ongoing support to help you build a long-term career with us. What We Offer

These full-time, permanent roles offer a competitive weekly rate starting from $1,061.72, with the ability to progress to $1,124.80, depending on your skills and experience. You’ll also be eligible for overtime, public holiday pay and quarterly bonus. Our operations run 24 hours a day, 5 days a week, with opportunities across day, afternoon and night shifts.

- Day shift: 6:30 am–2:30 pm
- Afternoon shift: 2:30 pm–10:30 pm
- Night shift: 10:30 pm – 6:30am (commencing Sunday evenings)





Afternoon shift attracts a 15% shift loading allowance and night shift attracts a 30% shift loading allowance.

- supporting and promoting a safe working environment
- operating machinery to process and manufacture our products
- operating equipment such as forklift and cranes
- packing, strapping, and checking products for quality
