What you’ll bring:

- Activity Planning: Organize and facilitate recreational and social activities tailored to residents’ interests.
- Wellness Support: Assist with physical and mental wellness programs,



including exercise and cognitive games.
- Personal Engagement Companionship: Provide emotional support and companionship to residents through conversation and shared activities.
- Life Story Work: Encourage residents to share their life stories, fostering connections and understanding.
- Family Interaction Communication: Act as a liaison between residents and their families, providing updates on activities and well-being.
- Support: Assist families in understanding the care processes and available resources.
- Environment Management Safety: Ensure a safe and comfortable living workplace, addressing any concerns or hazards.
- Personalization: Help residents personalize their living spaces to reflect their preferences and memories.
- Administrative Support Documentation: Assist with maintaining records related to activities and residents’ engagement.
- Coordination: Collaborate with healthcare staff to integrate lifestyle programs with overall care plans.

You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:

1. National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Clearance.
2. Current COVID-19 certificate, proof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders.
