Southport Surf Life Saving Club is seeking an experienced Duty Manager to lead the busy bistro, dining, bar, gaming and front‑of‑house team at Main Beach on the Gold Coast. The role focuses on visible floor leadership, delivering fast, friendly service, and working across the Club and Pavilion Café operations.

You’ll require prior Duty Manager experience in busy hospitality, robust food and beverage knowledge, and the ability to manage a high‑volume service with calm leadership.
