Cheeky Monkey Brewing Co has built a workplace around quality, humour, and being genuinely valuable at what we do. We're proud to be the first WA brewery in 10 years to win an AIBA Champion Brewery trophy; and now we're looking for a Head Chef to bring that same standard to our kitchen.

This one's a bit different: lunch service only, no night shifts. If you've had enough of finishing at midnight and want your evenings back without stepping away from a proper kitchen, this could be the change you're after.

About you

n

n
- At least 3 years' experience as a Head Chef or senior chef in a similar venue
n
- Someone who leads by example and genuinely enjoys building a good team, not just running one
n
- Comfortable with the numbers side of things as well as the pans
n

What the role involves

n

- Leading the kitchen team day to day and working closely with Front-of-House
n
- Rostering, training, and mentoring staff so the team keeps improving
n
- Ordering and managing stock, and building good relationships with suppliers
n
- Developing and costing menus that fit our brand and keep food and labour costs on target
n
- Keeping on top of health, safety, and food handling compliance
n
- Running a smooth, well-organised service, especially when it gets busy
n
- Keeping communication open and respectful across the whole team
n
