Area Manager – Gold Coast

We're seeking an experienced Area Manager to oversee 10–15 OSHC services across the Gold Coast. This is a key leadership role focused on driving compliance, team performance, and service quality across multiple sites.

- Manage day‐to‐day operations across multiple services
n
- Act as Nominated Supervisor across your portfolio
n
- Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF)
n
- Lead and support Program Leaders and Educators
n
- Drive occupancy, performance, and community engagement
n

About you

n

n
- Experience in a multi‐site leadership role (OSHC or Early Childhood)
n
- Strong knowledge of NQF and compliance
n
- Confident leader with strong stakeholder engagement skills
n
- Highly organised and able to manage competing priorities
n
