What You’ll Be Doing

- Lead the planning and delivery of recent product development projects from concept through to launch for the Yates AU Home and Gardens portfolio
- Manage the NPD portfolio, timelines, priorities, risks and dependencies
- Strengthen stage-gate governance and ensure projects meet key decision milestones
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Marketing, R&D;, Supply, Regulatory and Commercial
- Provide senior leaders with clear portfolio updates, insights and recommendations
- Facilitate project reviews, stage-gate meetings and portfolio governance forums
- Incorporate sustainability considerations into relevant product development initiatives

What We’re Looking for

- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related discipline with demonstrated experience leading large-scale, commercially viable innovation or new product development projects
- Strong knowledge of NPD, stage gate and portfolio management processes
- Excellent planning skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple complex timelines and competing priorities
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing outcomes
- A proactive approach to identifying risks, dependencies and delivery challenges
- Confidence using digital workflow tools, project systems or portfolio management platforms
- A strong sense of ownership, accountability and commitment to delivery
