Job Role
Join our team as a Territory Manager within our Neurosurgical division in Sydney, Current South Wales. As a Territory Manager, you will take full ownership of your territory, managing and growing our Neurosurgical portfolio across North Sydney, the Central Coast, and Newcastle. This is a highly specialised portfolio that supports neurosurgeons and healthcare professionals with innovative technologies and solutions designed to improve patient outcomes in complex Neurosurgical procedures. You'll work closely with surgeons, theatre staff, nurses and hospital stakeholders to deliver clinical and commercial value across your territory. Success in this role requires a combination of strong relationship-building skills, commercial acumen, and a genuine passion for supporting patient care. You'll be part of a high-performing, collaborative team that's passionate about innovation and making a difference in the operating theatre. Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and market share by achieving territory targets and business objectives.
- Build strong,
trusted relationships with neurosurgeons and hospital stakeholders.
- Provide clinical support and product expertise during surgical procedures.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional service and support for your accounts.
- Identify new business opportunities and strategically partner with other Stryker divisions.
- Solve complex challenges with creativity, agility, and commercial acumen.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a consistent track record of achieving targets.
- Customer-centricity and the commercial acumen to strategically grow your territory.
- Skilled in analysing data or trends for the purposes of planning, forecasting and identifying sales opportunities.
- Negotiation, presentation and communication skills to effectively build relationships across numerous functions within a hospital.
- Experience with building and/or leveraging financial solutions to drive sales targets and meet customer needs.
- Preferred: Sales experience in the Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, Scientific or other related health industry.
- Comprehensive understanding of both the public and private hospital sectors.
- Experience working within the operating theatre environment or supporting procedural-based specialties is advantageous.

Travel Percentage: 20%
Work Flexibility
- Remote - Role allows you to work the majority to 100% of time from an alternate workplace. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location.
- Field-based - You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based.
- Onsite - Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements.
- Hybrid - You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
