You will partner with leaders to design organisation capability, manage industrial relations and deliver people programs across the employee lifecycle.

You will coach leaders, navigate enterprise agreements and stay compliant with Australian employment law while driving an inclusive, high‑performing culture aligned to Ford’s operating
