About the Role

As Venue Manager, you'll be at the heart of creating an exceptional customer experience and a thriving team culture. Leading from the front, you'll inspire and support your team to deliver outstanding service, drive performance, and build a strong sense of community.

What We're Looking For:

n

Proven experience as a Venue Manager or in a senior leadership role within the hospitality industry.

n

Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting and forecasting.

n

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

n

Ability to lead by example and inspire your team to deliver excellence.

n

Solid leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team and make timely decisions

n

A proactive, hands-on approach with a passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service

Proficient in using various hospitality management software and point-of-sale systems

n

A thorough understanding of health, safety, and licensing regulations applicable to the hospitality industry

n

Tasks & responsibilities

Oversee daily operations across all departments, ensuring a seamless guest experience.

n

Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.

n

Drive revenue growth through innovative strategies, creating unique events and exceptional customer service.

n

Manage budgets and financial reporting, ensuring cost controls are in place.

n

Ensure compliance with all regulatory and health & safety requirements.

n

Foster relationships with the local community and enhance the hotel's reputation.

Qualifications

RMLV (Responsible Management of Licensed Venues)

n

Approved Manager's License

n

Gaming Nomination & License

n

QLD RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol)

n

QLD RSG (Responsible Service of Gambling)

n

Food Safety Supervisor
