About the role

We are looking for a motivated Internal Sales and Service Repair coordinator to join our Kilsyth Melbourne Branch.This is a varied role combining customer service, internal sales and service repair coordination, working closely with customers, technicians, sales and warehouse teams.

Key Duties:

- Manage customer enquiries, orders and service/repair bookings.

- Prepare and follow up sales and service repair quotes

- Coordinate reports for jobs, parts, technicians and customers updates

- Process work orders, invoices, warranty claims and service paperwork

- Support the sales and service teams to deliver a high level of customer service

Skills and Experience:

- Previous experience in internal sales,



customer service coordination and or administration.

- Strong communication, organization and attention to detail

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment

- Technical, mechanical, hydraulic or industrial workplace experience is highly desirable

- Proactive, reliable and customer-focused and have a positive attitude
