Job Description

Sancho, Brisbane's SANCHO Taqueria & Tequileria, seeks a driven Head Chef to lead our 70-seat kitchen. This is a first Head Chef role for a strong sous chef or senior chef de partie with real leadership potential and a passion for Mexican and Recent Mexican cuisine.

You'll work with an established brigade and receive ongoing mentoring from an experienced consulting Head Chef, guiding brand, menu direction and operations from 5–9 pm Monday to Thursday while trading across weekends.
