Your Responsibilities

- Identify and secure new business opportunities within commercial, strata, and industrial sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Prepare and present tailored security solutions to meet client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract close.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.

Requirements

- Proven experience in business development or sales, ideally within the security or technology industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.




- Ability to build rapport and long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and proactive mindset.
- Familiarity with electronic security systems (CCTV, access control, alarms) is highly desirable.
- Valid driver’s license and working rights in Australia.
