Job Description

Our company is an established Sydney builder specialising in medium- and large-scale Class 2 apartment projects. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a proven background delivering large Class 2 residential projects to take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of a major project from planning through to completion.

The Role

You will take overall ownership of project delivery, leading the project team and managing key client, commercial and delivery outcomes.

Key responsibilities

n

n
- Lead a large Class 2 residential project from planning through to handover.
n
- Manage programme, budget, commercial performance and project risk.
n
- Lead client, consultant, superintendent and key stakeholder relationships.
n
- Drive design coordination, procurement, approvals and project reporting.
n
- Lead PCGs and key project meetings.
n
- Ensure quality, NCC/BCA, DBPA and WHSE compliance.
n




- Lead, develop and support the project team.
n

About You

n

n
- Provenbuilder-side Project Manager / Project Management experience on Class 2 residential projects on projects upto 400 units.
n
- Robust commercial, programme and project delivery capability.
n
- Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering or related discipline.
n
- Proficiency inMS Project.
n
- Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
n
