Job Description

n
- Own doctor network performance end to end, including consult quality, clinical outcomes, recommendation appropriateness, and member experience
n
- Build rubrics, benchmarks, spotlights, and playbooks to make clinical excellence repeatable
n
- Partner with the CMO, Clinical People Lead, and clinical leadership to drive clinical outcomes and member experience
n
- Map clinical workflows across consults, results review, member follow-up, escalations, and administration
n
- Identify time and quality leakage in clinical workflows
n
- Redesign workflows by removing steps, automating tasks, and documenting remaining processes
n
- Partner with Product and Engineering to translate workflow problems into tooling improvements
n
- Pilot changes, measure effects, and roll out interventions with training and communication
n
- Build and own the clinical operations metric layer covering consult quality, clinical outcomes, utilisation, turnaround times, NPS, and cost to serve
n
- Set targets, thresholds, and traffic lights to define performance expectations
n
- Build dashboards and weekly reporting rhythms for clinical leadership
n
- Turn analysis into decisions by assigning metrics owners, targets, and next actions
n

Requirements

n

n
- 3+ years at a top-tier strategy consultancy (McKinsey, Bain, BCG) or equivalent
n
- Track record of robust performance and rapid progression
n
- Comfortable in SQL and spreadsheets
n
- Ability to structure ambiguous problems cleanly
n
- Ability to build arguments from data rather than instinct
n
- Clear and direct communication in writing and in person
n




- Ability to compress complex analysis into a one-page recommendation
n
- Ability to operate across high-level strategy and hands‐on execution
n
