About the role

Global X ETFs Australia is seeking a Risk & Compliance Analyst to support the delivery of our risk and compliance framework as the business continues to grow.

Reporting to the Head of Risk & Compliance, this role provides hands on support across compliance monitoring, marketing reviews, risk management and governance activities, helping ensure the business meets its AFSL and regulatory obligations.

What you’ll do

- Support day to day compliance monitoring and obligation tracking
- Review collateral for regulatory compliance
- Maintain compliance registers (incidents, breaches, attestations, training)
- Assist with incident, breach and complaints management




- Support maintenance of the risk register and periodic risk reviews
- Prepare inputs for governance and committee reporting
- Assist with policy administration and compliance training tracking

What you’ll bring

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years’ experience in risk, compliance, audit, governance or a regulated environment
- Understanding of AFSL obligations and marketing compliance requirements
- Solid attention to detail and documentation skills
- Clear written communication and stakeholder engagement capability
- Experience in funds management, ETFs or financial services is desirable
