About the Role

As a Senior Corporate Lawyer, you will provide strategic legal counsel and oversight across corporate, commercial, compliance, governance, and audit matters. You will work closely with business leaders and cross-functional teams to identify legal risks, ensure regulatory compliance, support commercial transactions,



and strengthen the organization's governance framework. The role requires a proactive legal professional who can balance business objectives with legal and ethical requirements while driving best practices in risk management and corporate integrity.

How you'll make an impact

As a Senior Corporate Lawyer, you will play a key role in safeguarding the organization's legal and regulatory interests while enabling sustainable business growth. By providing strategic legal advice, leading complex contract negotiations, strengthening corporate governance practices, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, you will help mitigate risk and support informed decision-making across the business. Partnering closely with leadership, audit, compliance, and operational teams, you will drive a culture of integrity, accountability, and ethical business conduct while contributing to the successful execution of strategic initiatives and organizational objectives

What you'll bring

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law; admission to practice law in a relevant jurisdiction preferred.8+ years of experience in corporate law, compliance, regulatory affairs, audit, or a related legal role.
- Solid knowledge of corporate governance, commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, and risk management.




- Experience advising senior management on complex legal and business matters.
- Excellent contract drafting, negotiation, and legal research skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical thinking, sound judgment, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
