Job Description

An experienced Centre Manager & Early Childhood Teacher role in a hands-on leadership position. You'll be teaching in the classroom while also overseeing the day-to-day running of the centre. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to combine genuine educational impact with operational leadership in a supportive, family-oriented setting.

Key responsibilities

Supervising and mentoring our team of educators

n

Building trusted, lasting relationships with families

n

Helping oversee the day-to-day running of the centre

n

Delivering an engaging, developmentally appropriate educational program

n

Ensuring compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and relevant regulations

n

Managing rostering, enrolments and general centre operations

n

Supporting each child's individual pace and development, Montessori-style

n

About you

n

Approved Early Childhood Teaching qualification (Bachelor of ECE or equivalent),



or relevant Diploma/Certificate III with strong leadership experience

n

Previous experience in a centre management, room leader, or senior educator role

n

Solid understanding of the NQF, EYLF and WHS requirements

n

Current Working with Children Check, First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certificates

n

A warm, proactive approach and genuine passion for early childhood development

n

Solid communication skills and the ability to build trust with children, families and staff
