Company Operated Store Manger - Service Station/ Convenience Store

We're looking for a high-performing Store Manager to lead one of our Company Owned Company Operated (COCO) X Convenience sites.

n

A minimum of 1-2 years retail management experience is required for this Store Manager position.

n

In this role, you will take full ownership of site performance, leading your team to deliver strong commercial results, secure operations, and a great customer experience.

n

Experience managing medium-sized teams of 6-15 people is essential for this leadership role.

n

You will be responsible for driving outcomes across fuel, shop, and food while ensuring consistent execution of standards and compliance requirements.

n

Fuel industry experience is preferred but not required for this role.

n

What you will do

n

Deliver sales, margin, and profitability targets across fuel, shop, and food

n

Lead and develop your team to drive strong performance and customer experience

n

Maintain a safe working environment and ensure full compliance with safety and food standards

n

Execute store standards, merchandising, and promotions consistently

n

Manage labour, rostering, and costs to support site profitability

n

Identify performance gaps and take action to improve outcomes

n

Manage stock, waste,



and inventory to drive efficiency

n

Ensure accurate pricing execution and compliance

n

Maintain high standards of site presentation and cleanliness

n

Coordinate maintenance and ensure timely resolution of site issues
