Job Description

REBORN is looking for a Social Content Creator / Producer who knows how to make content people actually want to watch.

You’ll work across beauty, FMCG, lifestyle and consumer brands, creating social-first content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, paid social and broader campaigns.

This is a hands-on creative role. You’ll take ideas from concept through to execution - developing hooks, shooting content, directing talent, editing and adapting creative for different platforms.

We’re not looking for someone whose experience is primarily scheduling posts or managing content calendars. We need someone who understands how social content works creatively and commercially, and can make it.

You’ll work closely with our creative, social, strategy and account teams to turn briefs, trends and cultural moments into content that feels native to the platform while still being right for the brand.

You’ll be responsible for:

Developing social-first content ideas, formats, hooks and executions

Shooting high-quality content using phones and lightweight production setups

Directing talent, creators, clients and team members confidently on shoots

Editing short-form video using CapCut and other relevant tools

Taking content from initial concept through shoot, edit and final delivery

Adapting creative for TikTok, Reels, paid social and other formats

Understanding pacing, retention, opening hooks, captions,



sound and platform conventions

Keeping across emerging social formats, creators, behaviours and trends

Knowing which trends are relevant to a brand and which should be ignored

Reviewing performance and using what works to improve future creative

Collaborating with strategists and creatives to turn broader campaign ideas into effective social executions

Helping us continually raise the standard of social content coming out of the agency

Requirements

Robust professional experience creating social content for consumer brands

A portfolio or reel demonstrating social content you personally helped create

Strong short-form video shooting and editing skills

A strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels and paid social creative

Excellent instincts for hooks, pacing, storytelling and what makes someone keep watching

Confidence creating content quickly without sacrificing quality or brand standards

Experience working with beauty, FMCG, fashion, lifestyle or other consumer-facing brands

Confidence directing people in front of camera

Strong communication skills and the ability to work directly with clients and stakeholders

Positive visual judgement and an understanding of brand identity

An active interest in social culture rather than simply following a list of trending sounds





The ability to work independently, take ownership and move quickly

Strong attention to detail

The ability to work collaboratively within an agency environment

Full-time availability in Sydney
