What You'll Do
- Play an important role across ongoing trackers and ad hoc research projects
- Manage sampling, quotas, weighting and external fieldwork partners
- Use primary and secondary data to uncover meaningful consumer stories
- Work directly with clients and build robust relationships
- Coordinate projects internally and with clients to ensure high-quality delivery
- Apply Jobs to Be Done thinking to understand the challenge behind each brief
- Use Q and AI-enabled tools to support efficient, accurate research delivery
- Turn findings into clear insights that help clients answer important business questions
What You'll Bring
- Around 1-3 years' experience in quantitative market research, insights or a related consulting setting
- A relevant qualification in psychology, marketing, business, anthropology or a related discipline
- Hands-on experience with methodologies such as pack testing, concept testing and tracking studies
- Ideally, exposure to more complex methodologies such as PPA and Usage & Attitude studies
- An understanding of NPS and an interest in Jobs to Be Done thinking
- Experience using Q, or the ability to learn new analysis platforms quicklyCreative thinking and genuine curiosity about the story behind the data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisation, attention to detail and project coordination skills
- A growth-focused mindset and genuine appetite for learning, feedback and career development
- An interest in how AI is changing research and a willingness to build your capability in this area
