THE POSITION

n

n
- Assist with basic food preparation and presentation of food
n
- High volume washing and sanitising of dishes, utensils and kitchen equipment
n
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across kitchen, dining and service areas, including deep cleaning duties
n
- Receive, unpack and organise stock deliveries and supplies
n
- Follow strict food safety and WHS standards in line with company protocols
n
- Support chefs and the wider catering team as required
n

THE PERSON

n





n
- Experience in a high-volume kitchen hand or hospitality environment
n
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
n
- Enjoy working as part of a team in a busy environment
n
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
n
- Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn and contribute to a dynamic team
n
- Hold or be willing to obtain a Working With Children Check
n
