About the Prospect

n

An opportunity has arisen for a Process Operator to join our Golden Grove operation in Western Australia. In this role, you will report to the Mill Production Supervisor and work on a 2:2 roster (day and night shift). Your focus will be on supporting the production of zinc, lead, and copper concentrates, ensuring compliance with operating strategies.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

n

- Operating plant and equipment efficiently to meet production targets and operational goals.
n
- Performing routine clean-up duties to ensure plant equipment is safe and properly maintained.
n
- Ensuring that hazards and sources of loss are identified, evaluated, controlled, reported, and corrected.
n
- Maintaining accurate records, including shift logs, reports,



and daily variances.
n
- Adhering to site standards and procedures while actively participating in safety initiatives.
n

About You

n

Our ideal candidate will have a background as a process operator in mineral processing plants.

n

Other key skills, experience, and qualifications:

n

n
- Exposure to crushing, grinding, flotation, and dewatering circuits.
n
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word and Outlook).
n
- A current C-class driver's licence (manual).
n
