- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex transformation initiatives across multiple business units

- Develop, coordinate and deliver projects from discovery and requirements gathering through implementation
n
- Ensure outcomes are achieved on time, within budget and aligned to business objectives
n
- Collaborate across nbn to bring together diverse stakeholders and clarify cross-functional processes
n
- Identify improvement opportunities and deliver capabilities that enhance operational performance
n
- Oversee project planning, governance, risk and issue management, change management and reporting

- Ensure delivery aligns with PMO frameworks and quality standards

- Influence decision-making at senior leadership levels

- Build alignment across complex environments and support delivery of multiple workstreams

- Prepare governance materials and executive-level communications
