Are you currently working in retail management, sales, customer service or hands-on trade work and looking to move into a sales career?

We are partnering with a well-established, Australian owned business based in Brisbane to appoint a sales representative to their growing team.

n

If you bring solid communication skills, a qualified work ethic and a genuine eagerness to learn, full product and sales training will be provided.

The Role and Responsibilities:

- Prepare accurate product quotations and process customer orders efficiently.
n
- Manage incoming trade enquiries across phone and email.
n
- Follow up on active quotes and check in with existing accounts to drive repeat business.
n




- Coordinate closely with internal operations and dispatch teams to ensure accurate, on-time delivery.
n
- Build lasting professional relationships with site supervisors, buyers, and business owners.

What We Are Looking For

- Background: Experience in retail supervision, trade counters, customer service or trade backgrounds seeking a structured sales role.
n
- Mindset: Down-to-earth, reliable and coachable. Someone who takes ownership of their work and is comfortable asking for support when learning new products.

- Communication: Clear, confident communication style suitable for dealing with trade professionals and site managers.
