The Opportunity

We are currently partnering with a well-established and growing organisation based in Dandenong South to recruit a Sales Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and customer-focused individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and being an integral part of a busy team. Working closely with customers, the sales team and internal departments, you will provide end-to-end sales administration support, coordinate customer orders and help ensure a seamless experience from initial enquiry through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Process and manage customer orders from initial enquiry through to delivery
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email
- Prepare quotes, order confirmations and sales documentation
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales team
- Liaise with customers regarding orders, stock availability and delivery timeframes
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics and operations teams
- Maintain accurate customer, pricing and order information within internal systems
- Proactively follow up outstanding orders and assist with resolving any issues
- Prepare and update reports,



spreadsheets and sales documentation
- Assist with ad hoc sales administration tasks as required

About You

- Previous experience in Sales Administration, Customer Service, Internal Sales or a similar role
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confidence managing multiple customer requests and priorities
- Experience using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel
- Experience with CRM and/or ERP systems will be highly regarded
- Previous experience within manufacturing, distribution, wholesale or a product-based environment is advantageous
- A proactive, positive and team-focused approach

- $70,000-$80,000 + Superannuation depending on experience
