Your Role

Lead a team whilst driving sales, managing inventory and merchandising using your knowledge of the great outdoors!

- Sales Performance and Targets
- Visual Merchandising
- Management of Inventory
- People Management
- Full Time- Sunday- Thursday

Your mission will be to create an workplace that will foster premium consumer experience, whilst implementing programs/processes to drive business results & operational excellence.

- Retail Certificate an advantage but not essential
- Minimum 3years' experience in a similar role
- Computer literate
- Able to lead a dynamic team environment with strong leadership skills
