Aboutthe role:

We areseeking a Cleaning Supervisor to coordinate day-to-day cleaning and housekeepingservices across residential accommodation, offices, teaching spaces, amenitiesand common areas. Reporting to the Cleaning Manager and Site Manager,this visible, hands-on role combines team leadership, work allocation, qualitycontrol, safety and client service.

Keyresponsibilities:

- 1.Lead the team and allocate daily work
- Runshift briefings, assist assigning work areas and priorities, monitor attendance andproductivity, coach team members and adjust labour as operational needs change.
- Ensurescheduled cleaning, room servicing, departure cleans and arrival preparation arecompleted within required timeframes.
- 3.Inspect quality and correct issues




- Assistin conducting regular inspections across accommodation, offices, classrooms, amenitiesand public areas; provide immediate feedback, arrange corrective cleaning andfollow up recurring concerns.
- 4.Maintain a safe and compliant workplace
- Championcorrect PPE, manual handling, chemical use, equipment operation and sitesafety controls, while reporting hazards, incidents and near misses promptly.
- 5.Communicate, report and support the client
- Maintainaccurate schedules, checklists and shift records; escalaterisk and supplyissues; respond professionally to client requests and lead a respectful, accountableteam culture.
