Ocado Group is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to join our Australian People team on a fixed-term contract, from now through July 2027. You will own Australian payroll delivery and navigate complex matters within a transitioning payroll environment.

You will manage end-to-end payroll, advise on Enterprise Agreements, Contemporary Awards and entitlements, and collaborate with external providers while strengthening controls and governance.
