- Lead construction and delivery activities across multiple telecommunications projects
- Manage project schedules, risks, budgets, and scope changes
- Support and mentor Project Engineers and Project Coordinators
- Oversee site establishment, construction activities, and project reporting
- Coordinate design interfaces and ensure constructability requirements are met
- Manage project cost control, forecasting, and financial performance
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, quality, and contractual obligations
- Manage telecommunications project build phases from construction through completion
- Work with internal teams, clients, designers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to deliver project outcomes safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards

Requirements

- Proven experience managing project delivery from planning through construction and handover
- Experience delivering telecommunications, infrastructure, or construction projects
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, including budget and cost management
- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills




- Robust focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement
- Ability to identify risks, solve problems, and drive project outcomes
